Collection Centre & Operational Hours Please note that our collection counter at Bishan Junction 8 has ceased operation with effect 30th November 2007. All operations will be reverted online and all orders will be fulfilled through delivery instead.
Customer Service Operational Hours Our Customer Service will be on hand to answer all your product enquiries from Mondays to Fridays, 10.00am to 8.00pm and on Saturdays, 10.00am to 3.00pm.
We try to answer all customer enquiries as fast as we can (within 24 to 48 hours) but due to the overwhelming number of enquiries coming in, we might lag in our email replies. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Enquiries sent in outside operational hours are usually replied within the following working day. For email enquiries, please ensure you submit the correct email address. We have had customers giving us invalid or incorrect email addresses, which doesn't allow us to contact them in return.
Privacy Policy Bargain City is committed to protecting your privacy online. We do not sell or rent your personal information to others. We use customer information we collect for the sole purpose of filling orders, contacting purchasers to inform them of their order status, sending promotional information, enhancing the operation of our site, serving advertisements, for statistical purposes and to administer our systems. Pricing & Product Information Disclaimer Due to market conditions and the fast pace of the computer and consumer products industries, all prices are subject to change without prior notice. We make every effort to provide you with the most accurate and up-to-date prices. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items on our web site may be mis-priced. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Bargain City shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
- If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
- If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will cancel your order and notify you of the price error and order cancellation. You will, of course, have an opportunity to purchase the item at the correct price, if you so wish.
Bargain City reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed on mis-priced items whether or not the order has been confirmed.
Bargain City reserves the right to change prices accordingly and to refuse the sale of a product to any customer.
Bargain City will not be held responsible for any inconveniences to the customer arising from a lack of inventory.
Product Exchange & Policies
Product Warranty All products are brand new and come with full manufacturer/agent warranty. We do not deal with parallel imports or second hand products. We also do not sell discontinued models and do not recommend our customers purchase outdated technology.
Warranty Extensions Warranty extensions are provided by our strategic partner, Protective Electronics (2, Leng Kee Road #04-09A, Singapore 59086, Tel: 62761727) under the AIA group.
You may choose to extend your warranty by a maximum of 2 years only. Warranty extensions commence immediately after your regular manufacturers/agents warranties run out. In the event your product requires servicing during the warranty extension period, you will need to contact Protective Electronics to follow up on the servicing required. Your faulty item will then be dispatched to the original manufacturer to receive the necessary service.
Please note that warranty extensions are only valid in Singapore and cover both service and parts.
Free Gifts & Promotional Bundles Promotional bundles are usually divided into two categories: i. Promo items bundled by Bargain City ii. Promo items bundled by Manufacturer
Sometimes, certain manufacturer promotions have to be redeemed by customers themselves using the original warranty and our invoice at the respective service centers. Bargain City can also redeem the manufacturer promo items on behalf of the customer for a service fee of S$10.00 nett to cover parking and fuel charges during redemption, however, certain promotions (eg. Cash rebates) require the customers to personally go down themselves.
For overseas customers, we can also redeem these items on your behalf for a service fee of S$10.00 nett.
Can I Customize The Promotional Bundles? Please note that our prices listed online sometimes come with a promotional bundle. You may also customize the bundle if you do not wish to receive certain items or wish to upgrade certain items. Do contact our customer service staff via email or at (65) 63108097 should you wish to customize your bundle. Our staff will then recalculate the package based on the items you require and re-quote you accordingly.
Refunds & Product Exchange Policies (Local & Overseas) All items sold are not refundable.
All items sold come with a 7-day exchange policy. This exchange policy protects the customer for the first seven days against any defects due to manufacturer negligence. The exchange policy does not apply if the product is damaged due to customer negligence or if you wish to exchange with a different model. Please note that different manufacturers have different exchange policies so it is best to check with customer service before purchasing.
The 7-day exchange policy also does not cover Accessories, MP3 Players, Mobile Phones, Printers and General IT equipment.
All exchanges and returns require a written request. Exchanges and returns cannot be accepted or processed without one. A return order must be requested within 7 days of the original delivery date. Thereafter, all sales are final and any applicable exchanges and returns are the responsibility of the manufacturer. All products are sold with their respective manufacturer's warranties. Please note that warranty periods and services vary by manufacturer and product.
Please Remember
- All items must be returned in "as new" condition in the original packaging and have all accessories, blank warranty cards, and owner's manuals. The original packing slip from the order must also be included. There will be a nominal fee if the product's original box is damaged. Even if only part of an item is defective, the entire original package must be sent back in order to receive an exchange or return credit from Bargain City.
- The returned package must be received within 14 days of the return order issue date. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- After 7 days, all applicable exchange and return responsibility is turned over to the manufacturer.

Please note Bargain City reserves the right to deem merchandise as unacceptable for return if found to be in used condition, damaged, or mishandled.
Prices & Payment
Price Updates & Discrepancies We try to update our prices as often as possible. In the event that you are able to obtain a similar product (with a similar bundle) at a significantly lower price (eg. S$50 or more), it is likely that the price you are looking at has not been updated. Do contact our customer service staff via email or at (65) 63108097 to enquire on the latest prices.
Singapore Goods & Services Tax (GST) All items delivered within Singapore have to incur the local 7% GST. For items delivered outside Singapore, customers do not need to incur the local 7% GST, but might be charged import taxes by their own customs. Do double check with your own customs for more details.
For tourist customers who purchase in Singapore, you will still need to incur the local 7% GST, however, we will issue you with Global Refund's GST rebate form to claim back GST upon departure through Changi Airport. Be advised that Global Refund will charge a small handling fee for GST rebates. Do refer to www.globalrefund.com for more details on GST rebates and procedures.
Singapore Citizens, PRs, Employment Pass Holders and Foreign students are not eligible for GST refunds.

Placing an Order
Registration Shoppers will need to register as a member first before placing an order. Registration allows you to shop faster, keep track of orders placed, earn loyalty points etc. As per our privacy policy, your particulars are confidential and will not be released to any 3rd party without prior consent or approval.
If you do not wish to register, you can also submit your order using the stand-alone “Purchase Order Form” link found on the top right hand corner of our online store.
Optional Accessories / Warranty Extensions For optional accessories not listed on our site, please email customer service for a quotation. You can then manually include this into your order under the Remarks column.
Delivery Options Local deliveries are shipped daily between 11.00am to 11.00pm
Overseas deliveries will need to incur overseas delivery charges. Please email customer service for a price quote and we will revert within 2 working days on the overseas delivery charges applicable as well as give you a final calculation for your order.
Overseas delivery charges are dependant on weight, packaging, size and destination. All overseas deliveries are handled by SingPost and subjected to their terms and conditions of delivery. Optional insurance can be purchased at S$10.00 for every $500.00 insured. Please note that insurance only covers loss of product only and does not cover damage sustained during delivery. However, all overseas deliveries are properly packed with extra protection to prevent damage.

Additional Comments You can use the Remarks column to key in additional comments on your order, or manually include optional accessories that are not found on our website
Following Up On Your Order Our customer service will take between 1-2 working days to process your order. After confirmation of stock availability, we will then contact you to arrange a delivery date and time to your convenience.
If you do not hear from us within 2 working days, please contact customer service via email or at (65) 63108097 to enquire on your order status.
Delivery
Delivery Within Singapore (Home/Office) Local deliveries are shipped daily between 11.00am to 11.00pm. Please click here for delivery charges applicable.
Self-Collection Shoppers will need to place an order using our online purchase order form or via customer service (Tel: (65) 63108097) before a self-collection. Customer service will then contact the customer when the goods are ready for collection.
Payment options at our collection center includes Cash, NETS and Credit Cards (subjected to surcharges & admin fees)
Overseas Delivery Overseas deliveries are handled by SingPost and delivery charges will depend on size, weight, packaging, destination and speed of delivery. Shoppers have the option to select Express (between 2-4 working days) or Normal (6-19 working days, depending on location).
Our customer service will revert via confirmation email on the final quotation, including overseas delivery charges before confirming your order.
Reward Points Program FAQ
What is the Reward Points Program all about? To thank our loyal customers for their continued support, shopping at Bargain City is now more rewarding than ever. There are three ways to earn reward points:
- When you shop as a registered user online at Bargain City.
- When you refer your friends to us
- When you participate and help others by posting user comments and reviews for the various products listed online.
How does the program work? When you undertake any of the activities above, the relevant reward points will be credited into your account under a “pending confirmation” status until we have approved the pending reward points. Upon approval, it will then by fully credited into your account and you can use it to purchase electronic gadgets, redeem free gifts and discount vouchers etc.
Points & Values
- I.Every S$1.00 spent online at Bargain City entitles you to 1 reward point, rounded downwards to the nearest dollar. Eg a purchase of S$459.60 will give you 459 reward points.
Note: Reward points are rewarded for purchases including taxes but excluding delivery charges. - Every referral you provide under the “Refer a Friend” program entitles you to 10 reward points
- Every review or user comment posted online entitles you to 5 reward points.
Validity of Reward Points There is currently no expiry date for your reward points.
How do I redeem my Reward Points? Please visit our redemption page to view our selection of rewards on offer. To redeem your reward points, just fill up the redemption form with the redemption item code and we will have your items dispatched within 48 working hrs.
