Bargain City makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on the www.bargaincity.com.sg web site. Except as expressly stated herein, www.bargaincity.com.sg expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on this site, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer by the seller (Bargain City) in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer's warranty, if any. Title to goods herein being purchased is retained by the seller (Bargain City) until goods are paid for by the purchaser and at that time title passes to the purchaser. If goods herein being purchased are being purchased for purposes of export, purchaser must obtain all pertaining documentation before shipping to a foreign country. In addition, manufacturers' warranties for exported goods may vary or even be null and void. If you have questions, please inquire. Any and all liability is solely for the items purchased.

All sales on extended warranties are final. They are not returnable, and none refundable.

Pricing & Product Information Disclaimer
Due to market conditions and the fast pace of the computer and consumer products industries, all prices are subject to change without prior notice. We make every effort to provide you with the most accurate and up-to-date prices. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items on our web site may be mis-priced. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Bargain City shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. - If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
- If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will cancel your order and notify you of the price error and order cancellation. You will, of course, have an opportunity to purchase the item at the correct price, if you so wish.
Bargain City reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed on mis-priced items whether or not the order has been confirmed.
Bargain City reserves the right to change prices accordingly and to refuse the sale of a product to any customer.
Bargain City will not be held responsible for any inconveniences to the customer arising from a lack of inventory.
Refunds & Product Exchange Policies (Local & Overseas) All items sold are not refundable.
All items sold come with a 7-day exchange policy. This exchange policy protects the customer for the first seven days against any defects due to manufacturer negligence. The exchange policy does not apply if the product is damaged due to customer negligence or if you wish to exchange with a different model. Please note that different manufacturers have different exchange policies so it is best to check with customer service before purchasing.
The 7-day exchange policy also does not cover Accessories, MP3 Players, Mobile Phones, Printers and General IT equipment.
All exchanges and returns require a written request. Exchanges and returns cannot be accepted or processed without one. A return order must be requested within 7 days of the original delivery date. Thereafter, all sales are final and any applicable exchanges and returns are the responsibility of the manufacturer. All products are sold with their respective manufacturer's warranties. Please note that warranty periods and services vary by manufacturer and product.
Please Remember
- All items must be returned in "as new" condition in the original packaging and have all accessories, blank warranty cards, and owner's manuals. The original packing slip from the order must also be included. There will be a nominal fee if the product's original box is damaged. Even if only part of an item is defective, the entire original package must be sent back in order to receive an exchange or return credit from Bargain City.
- The returned package must be received within 14 days of the return order issue date.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- After 7 days, all applicable exchange and return responsibility is turned over to the manufacturer.
